We are only able to assist with Australian Visa applications in the form of
an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority). Unfortunately we are not able to respond to
questions on any other subject.
We can only provide details on an ETA we have issued within the last month,
if you lodged your application prior to this or with another provider you
will need to lodge a new "Order ETA Visa" or "Check your Visa Status" with
the appropriate fee.
